We’ve changed the minimum system requirements for OneNote for Mac to take advantage of the latest capabilities in macOS. I used to get updates for OneNote, but they seem to have stopped. After syncing shared notebooks, you’ll be able to see any notes from the other notebook authors that were added or changed during the time you were offline - and they will be able to see the changes you have made. As soon as you reconnect to the Internet, OneNote will automatically sync your changes to the notebook on OneDrive. While you work offline, OneNote will warn you that it cannot sync the notebook. If you temporarily disconnect from the Internet for any reason (for example, while traveling on an airplane), you can keep working offline in the cached (locally saved) copy of the notes on your Mac. I used the typewriter tool extensively at work (until now), so I am looking for pdf software from a different vendor that has a typewriter function that works properly.

I would switch back to Acrobat 8, in which the typewriter tool worked fine, except my new computer is 64 bit and Acrobat 8 (according to Adobe) does not work properly with 64 bit systems. I don't know what Adobe did to the typewriter tool, but whatever it was made it uttery useless. I immediately looked back at the registry, and somehow the registry value of "dopacity" is immediately being changed from 1 back to the original value. When you close the text box created by the typewriter tool the text remains visible, but as soon as you create a second text box with the typewriter tool and close it the text again disappears.
